STRATEGIC PLAN

Once we have established an agreement with a client, the first step in the TLG land approach is to truly understand their needs. We commonly hear "we need land & lots"! However, for us to truly add value in the process and help solve the problem, we need to understand the organization and the specific land needs at a much deeper level.  This typically includes an extensive planning session to help us understand the land pipeline and gaps, the operations strategy, target asset parameters and internal approval process.

ASSET IDENTIFICATION

With an in-depth knowledge of our clients needs established through the Strategic Planning process, TLG is positioned to employ a targeted approach to identifying the proper land assets for acquisition.  Because we are not real estate brokers, we are able to maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals within the markets we serve. They know that we assist clients in analyzing and approving land assets, and most importantly, we assist getting the parties to a closing!  Also, through our local connections, we often identify assets that are "off market" but present a great opportunity!

RELATIONSHIPS
